His expertise includes estimating, budgeting, contract bidding, and negotiations, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Known for his ability to build lasting client relationships, Hitesh also actively supports community growth through various nonprofit organizations. A natural storyteller, he brings a wealth of experience and insight from the many projects that have shaped his career.

Daniel is a South Florida native and Civil Engineering graduate from the University of South Florida. With a decade of experience designing structures across commercial, industrial, and educational sectors, he brings both technical expertise and a lifelong passion for building to every project. From childhood Lego creations to facilities across the Midwest, Daniel’s curiosity and commitment help deliver designs that exceed expectations.

Tommy is an Indianapolis native and Ball State University graduate in Construction Management, bringing with him over a decade of experience to the MDG team. he began his career with a general contractor, overseeing estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project management across the United States. He later transitioned into construction sales and went on to found Midwest Premier Painting, serving general contractors, property managers, and owners with painting and drywall services. With deep industry experience and strong relationships, Tommy now leads as Director of Business Development and Customer Relations.

Danny, born in Indianapolis and a Cathedral High School graduate, studied Turf Grass Science at Penn State University and later pursued Mechanical Engineering at Purdue’s School of Engineering. With almost a decade of experience, his diverse background includes hands-on experience in landscape design, golf course improvements, and engineering services. With a strong focus on project management, Danny brings analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement to his role as principal of operations at Midwest Design Group.
LEED accredited for design and engineering, with practical knowledge of HVAC and lighting.
Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a U.S. Navy Veteran with 10 years of service. He brings to the team over 3 decades of experience. He began his career as a systems engineer for Trane and is a LEED-accredited professional. Steve has since founded and led several successful construction-related businesses, including Level Solutions Group. With deep expertise in product design, HVAC, and lighting systems, he brings valuable insight to Midwest Design Group and its clients.
CPA skilled in driving financial strategy during periods of rapid growth.
Jeff Thomas is a seasoned finance executive and CPA with over 25 years of experience spanning public and private companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Design Group, he has held progressive leadership roles including VP of Finance and Corporate Controller. Jeff began his career as a Big Four auditor and went on to help scale a retail company from $150 million to over $900 million in revenue before joining a $1 billion public retailer. He later led a seven-company merger at a private water treatment firm, working closely with ownership to drive strategic growth. Known for his strengths in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, inventory management, and process improvement, Jeff has been recognized as Employee of the Year at the Manager, Director, and VP levels. A Purdue University graduate from Jeffersonville, IN, he now calls the Indianapolis area home.
