Location – Carmel, IN 

Timeline – December 2023-April 2024

Scope – Demo 16,400 sqft existing office space, Framing, Hanging, Finishing, Painting, D/F/H, Ceilings. 

Additional Details –

Removed all Demo’d materials by cart while working night hours. Drywall crew delivered 24,000 sq ft drywall by elevator (Only 10 sheets per trip) also while working night hours.
